Reply:Mineral oil does clog pores and that means any pores either on your face or body. The face shows more evidence of it because the pores are sometimes slightly larger. When pores become clogged it restricts the oxygen and can over time reduce the blood flow to the upper dermis layer (skin). Also, the mineral oil can attract dirt from the air which will in turn trap tiny particles in your pores. Cleansing without question does help, but the best way to help is to stop it at the source..being that you shouldn't use products with mineral oil especially on your face. Natural botanical cleansers and moisterizers are the best which ones do not contain mineral oil. There's a website you can see www.eternalglow.myarbonne.com check it out for yourself.
