Firewall without clogging up running memory?

I am currently using Comodo firewall but it clogs up my running memory, hence the computer is slow. Is there any better freeware firewall, which is more efficient?

Firewall without clogging up running memory?
Comodo Firewall Pro isnt that clogging if your running XP you should have at least 512MB RAM if not thats why and if you have loads of programs running in the system tray then that will slow it down loads.

Don't get zonealarm as its quite hard to remove as you have to go into the task manager and find all the apps that are using the engine.
Reply:Use EZ firewall it is very good trust me
Reply:Comodo is the best firewall and there is simply no substitute to it. But you can use the stripped down version of Zone Alarm, as mentioned above, if it's making your computer too slow. But I would rather upgrade my RAM than replace Comodo.
Reply:I recommend any one of the firewalls listed on the following page:

Reply:It shouldn't be giving you a problem, check that you don't have all your programs loading on Startup, and check you have at least 512mb RAM. XP uses 256mb.

Ccleaner can cut down your startup list, and clear up your hard drive.

Run the Issues tool, then the Cleaner, then go to Tools - Startup.
Reply:Zone Alarm gets good reviews in the mags.
