Is it ok to wear white socks with clogs?

As long as they are clean (I mean no dark spots, not just that they were washed recently), this is fine. I wear white socks with clogs myself, it%26#039;s a choice.





As for the fashionista who suggested pantyhose or bare feet only...eww. Too many people have nasty feet, I really don%26#039;t want to see that in the middle of winter.

Look at it mathematically.





1. this website is open to anyone in the world with internet access. for people to understand one another%26#039;s answers, it is generally easier for them to use a common language.





2. this site happens to be in english, and english tends to be the dominant common language on the internet and for world travel. maybe because the internet was invented in the united states and because britain imposed its language on so many of its former colonies. at one time, french was a common language around the world, and i imagine that latin was at a time. in any case, and for whatever reason, english seems to be the dominant common language worldwide today. who knows, maybe it will be another language someday.





3. what percentage of the world speaks english as a FIRST language? i don%26#039;t know for sure, but I would guess ten percent. Which would mean that NINETY PERCENT OF THE WORLD either speaks english as a second language (or third, or fourth, etc.), or doesn%26#039;t speak english. So, of course you will be encountering many people on this site for whom English is not a first language.





This site is a pretty cool tool. I bet you could ask a question about almost any culture, and you%26#039;d get an answer within a few days.
