Oh man, you are so opening yourself up to some weird answers. You might want to have a plumber come in and snake your sewer lines. Sounds like you may have a blockage.
Reply:If you have a septic tank it neds to be pumped out immediately before it backs up then it costs double. Otherwise put a bunch of Liquid Plumber in there to sit overnight
Reply:If you are in a fairly new house, the problem might be the "water saving" low flow toilets. The kind you have to flush 3 times using up 1 gallon each flush so you dont have to flush just once and waste a gallon and a half.


We had the good old toilets in our house and the wife wanted to "upgrade" so we changed one. I couldn't tell the difference on the looks but it was one of those low flow peices of crap. (Pardon the pun)


Now I have resigned myself to flush before the job is done, and at least 1 or 2 more times doing the paper work.





Also the newer "ultra soft" TP takes up more space in the bowl. If you are use to using the old thin single ply, don't use the same number of sheets of the ultra soft.
