I have a dead budgie on a stick I use to clean the inside of my flute.

My cuddly rabbits make great slippers. And my old python makes a cracking belt...trouble is, it keeps spitting at the gals!.

My brother exhumed three of his late hamsters and cleaned their skulls (boiled 'em - made hamster stock!) then put them on display in a glass box. It looks rather good and I'm proud to say it was me that gave him the idea. He also has a rabbit skull for the next time we see one another.





I would like to add that all of the above animals died of natural causes (old age) and my brother and I have a very genuine interest in conservation and natural history. Just in case anyone thinks that we are weird.

Reply:Guinea pigs make excellent wind chimes, more down wind chimes, appropriate for those neighbours whom you need not be visited by.
Reply:tortoise, the shell makes a great ashtray or cup, you know to prevent 'sport' injuries....


all pets stuffed are ideal saves on buying soft toys at X-mas time...
Reply:if u have a pair of hamsters skin them and voila! a smashing pair of ear muffs for the winter. . you can even mix and match colours! very ideal and stylish . . .

Reply:I leave my dead dog outside near the door...the smell keeps more people away than the thing did when it was alive.
Reply:Have them stuffed and varnished, then mounted on spikes, put in the garden and left as a dreadful warning to any other animal thinking of entering and making my lawn its toilet.

Reply:I'd rather not talk about dead pets. It's a painful subject for me. I don't even want to think about the possibility that my dog will die one day.
