I sleep on my side. When I sleep on my left side, my left nostril clogs and vice versa. Why?

Is it something medical? Is it common? Should I worry?

You are describing turbinate congestion. If it bothers you too much you can have a turbinate reduction, which may help your breathing.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It isn't a serious problem, but if you want to stop it see an ENT doctor.
